Cốc Cốc Search is the search engine inside Vietnam’s home-grown browser. For the topics Vietnamese people search most, it adds its own filters and answers so they find what they need faster: Covid-19 updates, recipes, the lunar calendar, weather, football and more.
I worked on those features and the look around them: study help for students in grades 1 to 12, a quick way into the national e-government portal, search results on desktop and mobile, and the design system, icons and hand-picked backgrounds they all share.
