GemPages is a drag-and-drop page builder for Shopify, used by more than 5,000 store owners, drop shippers and agencies from the US to France, India and Vietnam. With our team, Onteractive, I worked on improving the app end to end.

We started with the people: interviews with each user group became personas, then a function map, usability tests on prototypes and an information architecture. Only then did we move to a new visual style, the dashboard and onboarding, and the editor itself. (The boards are in Vietnamese.)
